The Sports Information Department at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside is run by Steve Kratochvil with limited student intern assistance. The Sports Information Director (SID) is responsible for the following:
* Statistical compilation and dissemination.
* Handling of all printed matter including media guides, game-day programs and game notes.
* Managing the UW-Parkside website.
* GLVC and NCAA reporting.
* Fulfilling requests of local, regional and national media.
* Compile and distribute releases both to the local media and hometowns of appropriate athletes.
* Maintain school records and archives.
* Coordinate radio broadcasts of all home and road basketball games. Serve as a host for visiting radio.
