SAINT CLOUD, Minn. (Dec. 8, 2012)-- Daniel Argueta and Nick Fishback each won their respective weight classes as the University of Wisconsin-Parkside wrestling team competed at the Husky Open on Saturday inside Saint Cloud State University's Halenbeck Hall Fieldhouse.

Argueta prevailed at the 149-pound weight class, defeating St. Cloud State's Josh Howk by decision, 3-2, to scoop up top honors while Brandt Welcher secured sixth place at the same weight class.

Fishback won the title at 165, defeating the host Huskies' Cody Tibbetts by decision in the championship round, 5-3.

At 174, Montrail Johnson finished fifth, pinning SCSU's Trey Griffin in 1:51 while Joseph Her placed sixth at 133.

The 16th-ranked Rangers return to the mat on Dec. 29 for day one of the Midlands Open hosted by Northwestern University.
