A strong NCAA Division III baseball team made its way to Oberbruner Field Wednesday afternoon. Visiting Edgewood College, behind former Ranger pitcher Scott Winters, beat the Rangers, 13-3.

Winters, who pitched for the Rangers in 2007, gave up two earned runs in eight innings. 

The Rangers used three pitchers in the contest.

The Eagles out-hit the Rangerrs, 18-6. Mike Pena had two hits for the Rangers.

Eagle Tim Barry set a school record for home runs in a career with No. 13 and 14 in the contest.

Edgewood is now 21-12. UW-Parkside is 12-36.

The famous racing sausages will make an appearance at Oberbruner Field on Sunday, May 2. The Rangers will host Bellarmine in doubleheaders both Saturday, May 1 and Sunday, May 2. Fans attending Sunday's games will have an opportunity to win Milwaukee Brewers tickets.
