The annual UW-Parkside Athletic Golf Outing will take place Monday, Aug. 31, at Racine's Meadowbrook Country Club. A shotgun start for the scramble format is set for 1 p.m.
The day will include 18-holes of golf with a cart, door prizes, on-course contests, raffle prizes, a participant gift, cookout lunch buffet, and a prime rib dinner. Participants will also have complimentary usage of the practice range and lockerroom at the private course.
Lunch begins at 11:30 a.m. Cocktail Hour is immediately after golf at 5 p.m. with dinner to follow at 6 p.m. The cost for dinner only is $50.
The all-inclusive fee is $175 per golfer or $675 per foursome. Hole sponsorships are available for $150. Other golfer/sponsorship packages are available.
Meadowbrook is a par-71 with a slope rating of 131 for men and 128 from the forward tees. The course is annually ranked in the Top 25 in the Milwaukee area.
The outing will give participants an opportunity to meet and chat with new Chancellor Deborah Ford, along with the Ranger athletic staff, coaches and student-athletes.
